Note: We do not guarantee visa approvals, admissions, or scholarships.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Not misuse services (e.g., falsifying documents, spamming).

• Pay applicable service fees (if any) as per separate agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: Logos, website content, and resources are owned by ASFE Consultants.

• Your Data: Application materials (SOPs, transcripts) remain your property.

• No Guarantees: Outcomes depend on institutions/embassies.

• Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for external sites (e.g., university portals).

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Visa rejections, admission denials, or scholarship decisions.

• Costs/delays due to incomplete/incorrect client-provided information.

7. Payments & Refunds

• Service Fees: Detailed in separate consultancy agreements.

• Refunds: Case-specific, as per your service contract.

8. Promotions and Offers

1. Promotion Amendments:

   • ASFE reserves the right to cancel, amend, or modify promotions (e.g., Free Air Ticket) at any time, at our sole discretion.

2. Promotion Terms:

   • Offers are subject to eligibility criteria (e.g., deadlines, program selection).

   • Ticket Value Cap: Free air tickets will not exceed £500 (e.g., student covers excess costs).

3. Eligibility Adjustments:

   • We may modify criteria (e.g., academic performance, payment timelines, geographic eligibility).

9. Termination

We may terminate services if you:

• Breach these Terms.

• Provide falsified information.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

• Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of Pakistan.

• Dispute Resolution: Arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, before legal action.
