Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Develop and maintain a computerized customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date client records.

🔹 Manage account services and resolve university client concerns effectively and professionally.

🔹 Present and sell the company’s services to existing and prospective clients.

🔹 Monitor and report on sales activities, providing insightful and timely management information.

🔹 Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries, new leads, and referrals.

🔹 Prepare compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

🔹 Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with current and potential clients.

🔹 Operate effectively within defined sales budgets and contribute to revenue targets.

 

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably within the education or services sector.

✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

✅ Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

✅ Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

✅ A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
