Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a computerized customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date client records.
Manage account services and resolve university client concerns effectively and professionally.
Present and sell the company’s services to existing and prospective clients.
Monitor and report on sales activities, providing insightful and timely management information.
Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries, new leads, and referrals.
Prepare compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with current and potential clients.
Operate effectively within defined sales budgets and contribute to revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably within the education or services sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
