About the Role:Â We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our student recruitment and education consultancy team. This role is ideal for driven individuals who enjoy engaging with clients, providing solutions, and delivering excellent service throughout the sales process.
🔲 Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, your core duties will include:
- Discussing customer requirements and advising existing and prospective students, parents and partners on our services and programme options
- Present and sell the company’s education consultancy services to existing and prospective students and partners, including clearly explaining service offerings, quoting fees, outlining payment arrangements, and ensuring effective follow-through throughout the student engagement process.
- Arranging follow-up interactions to sales enquiries, new leads to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns to mature sales and secure further enquiries or referrals
- Staying up-to-date with product and sector developments, suggesting improvements to service delivery and engagement approaches and preparing presentations and proposals
- To develop and maintain a computerized customer database, To manage account services and resolve IT concerns, To present and sell the companys services to existing and potential clients, To monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant management information, To respond to and follow up on sales enquiries, new leads and referrals, To prepare presentations and proposals, To establish, maintain and develop current and potential client relationships and To work within sales budgets.
- Handling and resolving customer, universities, partner enquiries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner
This role combines consultative sales, relationship building, account management and excellent customer service in a student recruitment context.

- Previous sales, recruitment or client-facing experience in education consultancy sector (desirable)
Working Arrangement
This position is full-time with flexibility to work on-site, hybrid or remote depending on your experience and team needs. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners across multiple communication channels.
